I am very sorry, but if you have not successfully passed the NJ CNA exam then you cannot market yourself as a CNA.
Most facilities if not all require applicants to have their HS Diploma or GED.
Your best bet is to study harder and pass a second go around.
Best of Luck

In the state where I reside (Texas), CNAs must be at least 16 years old and have attained at least a 9th grade education, so a person would not need to be a high school graduate or GED holder.
To the OP: your life chances and employment opportunities will be limited without a high school diploma or GED. Many workplaces will not hire without a minimum of a high school diploma or GED, especially in the Northeast US. Good luck to you!
