CNA Certificate Question

Hello all,

So, I will complete my CNA course on Wednesday of next week. But due to unfortunate circumstances I cannot take the certificate exam or practical in the same state as I completed the course (AZ). I am moving next week to Minnesota as soon as I am done with the course. Does anyone know if I can just find a test location in MN once I receive my course completion certificate?

Thanks,

Timothy

Yes in MN you can take the competency test without having completed the training there. Here's a link that might help: http://www.health.state.mn.us/divs/fpc/profinfo/narinfo/aboutnar.html#Howto

If you scroll down you can find a test site and also study materials. HTH.

Yes this helps. Thanks!

one of the most convenient places i found in MN to do the testing is Inver Hills Community College, as they allow testing on Saturdays. Most places are during the week at normal business hours, so its tough if you work the 9-5
