Where can I get the CMI score? I used to get it under State Reports in 2.O.

    Check with your State RAI coordinator. CMS stopped hosting the 2.0 site as of 1/1 15 and it is up to each state to decide how facilities can get that information. In Maine, facilities can get it on a State-hosted website.
