CMC Main Pay??

Hello all, I currently am an RN in UNC Healthcare in Chapel Hill. I was wondering if anyone knew the pay for an RN with one year of experience at CMC Main in Charlotte, NC? Shift differentials? I am looking to move but I am afraid of taking a huge pay cut. Thanks in advance!
