Clinical

I'm a first semester nursing student and we start clinical this week. We're starting out in long term care. I already work as a CNA in a nursing home but I'm still nervous as all get out!!! What can I expect when going into clinical??? Any and all advice is definitely appreciated.

Same thing as a CNA. I'm a CNA too. I just started clinical last week. You get a patient and do what we normally do. Bed baths, change an unoccupied bed, help with feeding. Only difference is there's paperwork we have to fill out. Like clinical paperwork from your teacher. And we aren't allowed to lift patients on our own without a CNA present.
