Clinical privileges?

This is probably a really stupid question, I am filling out an application and it asks..."Do you currently have clinical privileges at any health care institution?" I am a Flight Nurse and have privileges in Intubations, IO, and Needle Aspiration at the hospital I am employed by...so do I answer yes for this reason, or no because I am an RN and not a NP?

    Don't "clinical priviledges" usually refer to admitting priviledges or surgical priviledges? Seems to me that this question is geared more towards MDs.
