what is clinical one?

Published

hello, i surf for r.n. jobs and i saw CLINICAL ONE, anyone please explain to me what is this? and how to accelerate your r.n. career in the future. thank you:nurse:

Specializes in Med-Surg.

I'm not sure if it's the same but here we have RNI, RNII and RNIII.

RN I's which might be similar to what you're seeing listed as Clinical I, is a new grad fresh out of school. Once they pass boards and complete orientation, they are moved up to RN II's which are the staff nurses on the floor and the bulk of us. RN III are charge nurses.

thank you tweety-male nurse for responding to my query,i'm a fresh grad second courser preparing to take nclex-r.n. this december or january. thank you again.
