I have my bachelors degree in psychology and was planning to get my BSN through an accelerated program. How does the clinical hours work for nursing? Is it spread apart during the whole program?

In the US, each course (med-surg, peds, etc) has clinical hours that are concurrent to the didactic portion. Example, the program I direct has nine clinical courses spread throughout. So, during the time you are doing the 'classroom' part of Psych, you are doing your Psych clinicals.
Most BSN programs require 500-1000 clinical hours in addition to lab/ sim and classroom.
