Clinical documentation, group activity in an Interview Help please

Hello everyone,

I have interview at a hospital It is long way from where I live like 8 hours flight but I am told to attend so I am heading there as I really need to get a grad position.

The *Assessment Centre incorporates a panel interview; a clinical documentation exercise and a group activity. This will take approximately 3.5 hours.

I am so so nervous about this.

Could you please help me what will be a clinical documentation exercise*

What will be group activity?

And some of the main questions the panel will ask.

I really appreciate your input.

Thank you.

The exercises they give you as a group will be fairly simple. They will be watching and listening to see how much effort you put in, did you lead or follow or both, did you listen to your group.

At the end of the one I recently did they asked each person who they would choose to hire from the group. Everyone was baffled and either chose themselves or someone they really thought did a great job. One candidate said, "I will not choose. Everyone I worked with participated and gave valuable input." She was hired on the spot.

Be confident, open, and a team player.

Hi Fedila,

Do you mind sharing some information regarding the assessment centre that you've attended? I have something similar coming up as well and really so worried on what to expect. Any input would be much appreciated!
