CLEP: RETAKES show on transcripts?

Alright all you CLEP testers.....here is a big questions for you! I am considering CLEP for English/British Lit. Lets suppose I just decide to go take it cold turkey just to see what its like. Lets suppose I fail it. Then I study and retake it. Do BOTH attempts show on my transcript of just the higher one (passing)?

Any thoughts on this plan of mine? The thought of taking a full semester of Lit makes me want a GI cocktail NOW!!
