Class needs help with COMPLETE head-to-toe assessment

There is a class of 9 of us that just started the LPN-RN bridge course in a 16hr/week x 8 weeks course, working on our 2nd week. The program requires a COMPLETE head-to-toe assessment. Anyone have a suggestion or a list? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated by 9 of us:banghead:????

I have an entire 15 week course on head to toe assessments, where we have to know all the normals and abnormals and be able to perform one at the end of the semester. The book I have is called Health Assessment in Nursing by Weber and Kelley

allnurses has a sticky thread (threads that always appear at the very top of a forums list of threads) in the nursing student assistance forum that you need to check out. see post #5 and #13 for head to toe assessment information

there is also an assessment form in the middle of taber's cyclopedic medical dictionary if someone has a recent edition of it. it's under the listings near "nursing". it's about 6 or 7 pages long.

some of the care plan books have assessment information buried in them. the ones by doenges and moorehouse, in particular, have assessment information in the beginning of each section of care plans. many of carpenito's care plan books contain assessment forms of some type. i would also try to get any blank flow sheets from local hospitals that i could get my hands on. most of the hospital unit flow sheets include a head to toe nursing assessment.
