IF you haven't taken the practice exams....DO IT! If you have taken the practice exams go back to them and read your answers. There not much sense in reading the rationales on this test due to the fact it's pretty cut and dry FACTS.

Look at each section of your practice exams and see where you scored the weakest and study, study, study.

Know your nurses in history, your nurse theorists, your nursing organizations and you should be fine. GOOD LUCK!!!!
