CHN help

I am needing some help with answering a few questions on community health nursing if anyone is such. I am needing to know how the it has changed, how are the high risk populations addressed and what services are provided, How are they assessed on an ongoing basis, what is the community health nurses role in collaboration within the community and if you anticipate any changes to community health nursing in the future. thanks

Please call your local public health department and request an in-person interview. That is likely the intent of your assignment. Anyone on here could tell you that they're something they're not. An Internet forum is not a valid research source.
