Try calling your local chapter of United Way. Sometimes, (at least when I was living in South Carolina), they have a list of certified/licensed home day cares that offer evening and night shift hours. Care.com and the like probably do too, but I'm not sure if they charge a fee or not.
Unfortunately, home daycare is probably your only option for night shift. There are some great ones out there, just ask for references, ask to see a fire plan, ask to see where your child will sleep, ask if anyone smokes in the house, etc. I wish you the best of luck. I was a single parent for a bit and it can be tough goings at times. Sending virtual good luck vibes!!!

Have you called nanny agencies in your area? A couple years ago we looked into it... not all of them accommodated night hours, but some did. (So irritating -- the one said, "Our nannies are professional childcare providers, so unfortunately we can't help you." My response: "I see. I'm a professional trauma nurse and those are the exact hours I work.")
Thank you , I just recently received a list of 3rd shift daycare threw a agency so I am going threw them and yeah pretty much all are home daycare .. Thank you so much for your virtual good luck vibes!
yeah I tried the whole nannies "r" us and a lot of them prefer day time very few wanted night shift , and for me night shift is my only option at my job .. so I am hoping with this one agency I can find child care over night.
