Chico State Nursing Program FALL 2012

I applied with 90.25 points. Thats only if they give me all the points for econmic hardship and the work experience, so you never know. How many points did you apply with?

I applied with 86 points. I'm not sure what the cut off points for Fall but last year, it was around 83 points. How many points do you have?

85.5!! im nervous. did you guys apply to other schools as well? is chico your #1?

I'm really nervous too! I applied to Stan State, but Chico is my first choice so I really hope it works out. I hate waiting around waiting for the letters. I applied to Chico State last semester and I messed up my application so I didn't qualify I was really bummed out. So I'm hoping this time everything will work out. Is Chico your first choice?

yeah it is! well if you have 90 points, you are golden for getting in unless you messed up again? which hopefully you didn't.. 2 more weeks!

Did anyone apply for the nursing program? How many points did you have altogether?

I have been a nervous wreck waiting to hear!! I think I had 93 points when I applied. I just can't wait to hear!! I heard that some people get notified via email like the week before, is that true??

Yeah I think that's what they did last year. I just wish these weeks went by faster...Hopefully next week we hear something!

I know! Its like time is taking forever! So, since the app said that notification letters will be sent out by April 15th they will be sent out on saturday the 14th? I can't stop thinking about it... i think i'm turning into a bit of a basket case:) 8 more days!!

Savvv how many points did you have? and there suppose to be sending us an email tomorrow telling us, and letters on tuesday.

did you guys get your email notifications? get in? Im an alternate. but under 10 so hopefully ill get in!

I got mine this morning. I had 86 points but was not included in the first round probably because I competed with several vets with the same score.. I'm number 3 on the waitlist so I'm hoping I can still get in. Last Spring, they accepted 19 alternates. Hopefully some of those who got in would change their minds.. Fingers crossed..
