Chemical dependency eval

Does anyone know how much stalk the BON puts into these evaluations? I had one completed a couple weeks ago. Evaluator said he didn't see any problems, no substance abuse issues, and no treatment recommendations. Didn't know if the BON will actually take his word for it or what the process is like after receiving a neg eval?
