cheating in nursing school

Hi,

I am so frustrated!!! I have been a LPN for 19 years and am currently enrolled in a RN program. There is another LPN in the class who has also been a LPN for almost as long. The problem is that this other LPN has been disobeying policy (taping the lecture, which is FORBIDDEN) and was also caught cheating with a palm pilot on tests!!! The instructors won't do anything with her because they haven't seen it for themselves. So, the instructors said no more calculators or palm pilots in class. Well, this girl continues to bring hers and is still recording lectures with it because she hides it in her purse!!! Why do the rest of us honest students have to suffer because of her? What can the rest of us do?
