Charting support group

Hello!

I was interested in a support group or association that helps nurses learn about how to chart and the importance of it due to potential ligation use. Anyone know about such a group? I'm a new nurse and I feel like concise is better but factuality as well. But I wanted to join a group to learn how to do so. I feel like in nursing school we didn't learn very much of this. Thank you! ☺️
