Change project ideas??

I am in my LAST SEMESTER OF NURSING SCHOOL! Counting down the minutes, hours, and days for sure. One of our last assignments is to create and research a "change project". This project is about how we can change and improve an area of nursing to positively help our patients. For example, some topics that have been done in the past are requiring nurses to wear color-coded scrubs to help identify their titles to being required to change in and out of scrubs like the OR to prevent transferring of bacteria into the community. Does anyone have any ideas whatsoever? I am still in the brainstorming stage and nothing has quite stood out to me yet.
