I'm currently an ICU nurse in the process of applying to CRNA school. We all know how competitive getting in is let alone even landing an interview. For people that have been accepted in the past, what do you think my chances of getting an interview will be? Here are my stats:
-Worked in a high acuity CVICU for 14 months, currently taking COVID ICU travel contracts. Come July, ill have 2 years ICU experience.
-Undergrad GPA 3.37. Took statistics and organic chem online and received an A in both classes. Undergrad science grades: A&P I: A A&P II: B- Advanced A&P: B
-I have my CCRN and am currently studying to take my CSC.
-I've attended NTI twice, attended the online zoom for diversity CRNA. In July, im going to the Summit Anesthesia CRNA conference and in September im going on a medical mission trip.
-I have a shadowing opportunity coming this April as well.

You'll be fine. The NTI experience means nothing to be honest. The medical mission trip will make you stand out though.
