I have been in the pre nursing program for four years now. I am done with my prerequisites english, math, psychology, sociology, human anatomy I and II, chemistry I and II, and microbiology and got all C's for the classes. I even retook my second part of anatomy and second part of chemisty. My school requires a 2.75 g.p.a for all major classes and prerequisites and I don't have that. I am now taking the LPN course in my community college but I'm having a hard time pursuing my nursing education. I want to be an RN someday. Any suggestions...

there is still a chance!
if there is a will there is a way right?
maybe if the LPN classes dont work, or the school is very strict on the GPA requirement then how bout trying a different school? the school i am attending requires a GPA of AT LEAST a 3.0 and i have like a 2.9 (so close yet so far...:stone)
well as i said if you somehow cannot get into your particular schools program then how bout trying a different school?
what i found helpful was going to my states[CA] board of nursing site. if you search around the site, it will give a list of nursing schools and where they are in your state. it will also list whether it has accelerated programs, night, and weekend classes.
i would try that. i know your trying hardest to become and nurse and follor your dream but dont give up!:wink2:
