CGFNS - uni transcripts

Can someone please help me! 

I am currently in the process of moving to USA and going through CGFNS. 

My University will not send my transcript documents via DHL because they have no contact name. Has anyone else experienced this? or does anyone have a name at CGFNS that I can use to get my documents sent.
