Cgfns help

Hi all

I just want to ask if i need to process the cgfns first before applying for nclex rn in virginia or florida?

Can someone help me please..i want to take nclex rn but i dont know hpw to start..i check the bon already of floroda and virginia but im still confused if i will.process cgfns first or go process ryt away to nclex rn exam.please help me with details..thank you

Yes, definitely Florida will not accept application until they receive report from CGFNS

Go to CGFNS site and purchase one of their services (Credentials Evaluation Report) which will cost around $350-380.

They will be sending you the list of things they need to review your credentials. (eg. HS diploma, Transcript of records for nursing, PRC).

Also, they will be sending you an application via email that you will be filling up and then sent to your school in the Philippines.

Once your school receives the application they will need to complete filling it up (they will also be attaching your TRO with your application) and then send it back to the US.

Same goes through with your PRC.

As for your HS diploma, just ask for a copy from your school. You can either send it along with your TRO or send it through fax.

Piece of advice, ask for help from your family or friends from the Philippines to at least make sure to check up on your paper work.

By the way,do i need to submit also IELTS result? Or can i submit that on the later part?:)

You can submit it, especially if it requires by the state that you are applying to.
