does anyone knows whom to address the CES to the Board of nursing in FLorida? i need specific name incharge of the CES report. thank you

It gets sent to the Board of Nrusing, not to one person in particular.

You can put "CES report" on the envelope.

in item #14a, there's a name of contact person or title. this is below the name of the organization which i guess is the Florida board of nursing. thank you ma'am

I understand that, but most just leave the name blank. What happens if that person is no longer there when it is time to send out the CES report?
