certification programs for 8 hours or more for nursing students

Hi, I need HELP! I'm currently a nursing student about to enter Level 4 this Sept. and our school wants us to take an 8 hour or more certification program dealing with health and I have no idea where to start.

It cannot be a CPR class, I was thinking more of phlebotomy but no idea where to take it. I live in NJ area but willing to go to NYC just to take this thing before classes start. anything will do. thanks

pls help!!!

How about ACLS or PALS? I see those as requirements for most job postings anyway!

Do a google search for phlebotomy or EKG classes in your area. Do you work as an NA at a hospital? Maybe your employer has resources. ACLS is a good suggestion--as a new grad w/ no job yet I'm looking into taking ACLS or PALS while I have the free time.
