There are some very good online resources out there. Life in the Fast Lane is an excellent EKG resource. Emcrit.org has the internet book of critical care which is an excellent resource. Your educator/preceptor should have some resources for you while you're on orientation that will highlight the areas specific to your unit that you should be most familiar with. Starting out as a new grad in critical care can be a daunting challenge, good luck.
