CCSF Spring 2019

Hi everyone!

Just wanted to start a thread for those of you that are applying (or have applied) to CCSF spring 2019. Does anyone want to share their experience applying or their cumulative score on the 'Multi-Criteria' worksheet?

Also, I plan on taking the TEAS test in the coming months and was hoping to set up a study group. Please let me know if you would be interested!

Look forward to meeting everyone if we get accepted!

Great! Are you able to send me a private message with your email? I have not posted on here enough for it to allow me to send one to you.

Me neither I don't know how to send a direct message. I am new to this

I wasn't able to use my NA license or volunteer hours for additional points at the time I signed up for the program (I hadn't accumulate enough hrs at the time I signed up), but I was still conditionally accepted to take the TEAS exam. So those that don't have much hospital experience might still have a chance with a solid GPA.

I completed the TEAS at CCSF this week. The secretary told me they are sending acceptance letters for the program next week. Fingers crossed! Anyone else in the same boat?

quick question how many prereq classes did you guys take? was it only 5?

  • Author

Yes, there are five classes that you must take prior to applying to the program. However, you need chemistry before you can enroll in two of the prerequisites.

Cool thanks..how long did you it take you complete the pre reqs and the TEAS?

  • Author

About two years. Best to take your time with the prereqs and get good grades than to rush through them.
