Ccrn

I am preparing to take ccrn again and wanted to know if anyone has had any difficulties with passing the exam. I took it earlier this year and made an 88. Passing score is a 89. Im beginning to have some anxiety because my strengths and capabilities as a strong critical care nurse are not being reflected. This has been a goal of mine since I became a nurse and I am determined to pass it. Its discouraging when others pass it on the first attempt as new graduates and say "oh i didnt study" and pass with no problem. Any advice? I have been racking my brain for the past 2 months with re-preparing again.

Thank you!

Have you tried the online review course AACN has? I found the test-taking strategies alone to be worth the cost. And focus on the synergy model - many of the questions have that focus embedded in them. Good luck
