CONGRATS to everyone who was accepted! I wanted to start this post for everyone to get to know one another before we start. I unfortunately do not have Facebook, so I am unable to meet and greet there. A little about myself... I just relocated from the west coast (Las Vegas to be exact) a month and a half ago with my boyfriend for his medical residency. I was in nursing school (College of Southern Nevada) out there and finished my first semester. CCP was unable to take my previous RN credits due lack of clinical hours earned (CCP requires more hours then my last school), so I will be starting my first semester again. Just a bit of encouragement... it really is not as bad as you think it is as long as you stay FOCUSED, ORGANIZED, and ON TOP of all your studying and homework/care plans/papers/submissions. I am so excited to meet everyone and get started!!
I also had a question about the uniform. From my understanding we are wearing polo shirts instead of a scrub top...? Does anyone know if this is because we are starting with a psych rotation? Thanks.

Hey, I am starting CCP nursing program in the Fall 2016. I was wondering if you can give me any advice that will help me to survive nursing program in terms of methods to study, resources, cheapest way to get the materials or books... any advice is appreciated !
