Mar 29, 201412 yr You need 2000 hrs working as a CM in the last three years. Look at the requirements on ANCC.

Mar 31, 201412 yr Author I remain confused. I have found several if not half a dozen "real" certifications that are available for nurses...and relate to case management. Without any experience, it seems that I wouldn't be able to get my foot in the door as a new case manager without experience and/or a certification. Now what?
