CCM 2014

I used CCM exam secrets study guide by momtrix to study for this exam. I did not find it very user friendly and wish I knew about this site before taking the exam. The book has a lot of info but it is so condensed without explanation that I spend a lot of time researching the stated topics.. Any suggestions that have helped for you would be greatly appreciated.

    Although some have had success using other vendor material, you may want to stick to the suggested readings, courses offered, and information off of the website of the Case Management Society of America. Good Luck.
