CCConline Costs?

Ok, so I registered A & P I (BIOL 201) through CCConline using Morgan Community College as the host.

So I registered for the class, checked 'Balance' and got a huge surprise.......

CCCOnline Tuition Non-Res Fall2010

$1,654.40

This is for a 4 credit Anatomy & Physiology I class, not including registration, books, and other fees. I expected CCConline to be pricey but not this pricey. Is anyone else facing this problem? Could it be that my host college's fees are too much?

    This is comparable to other schools. Online education is not a giveaway by any means.

    I was considering signing up for this class this semester, but the cost of 1 class costing me 1600+ books is daughnting. This college is just community college. Maybe this is to say they are intrested in the many out of state residents who register. Either way I am looking at my options. This school is no longer an option for me. PLease post if you know of a more affordable option. My CC in state do not offer A&P online.
