It has been at least 10 yrs since I have done care plans and nursing Diagnoses. Where can i find them online?

if you are willing to pay, there are a number of companies that you can purchase online care plans from. otherwise, there are really no free care plans. there are a few samples of care plans that have been posted by instructors but they won't come near what you will need to turn in to an instructor for an assignment. they are posted on these sticky threads listed below. we have two sticky threads on allnurses to help you with writing care plans and i help answer care plan questions all the time:

i would recommend that you get a good nursing diagnosis reference book to help you with care plan writing.
