Care Plans

Several people in my class bought Jaffe's Anesthesiologist's Manual of Surgical Procedures on the advice of Seniors. It is supposed to have tons of generic careplans, then you add in special considerations. My questions is does anybody know of an online version or helpful website. I find tons of nursing careplans but none for anesthesia.
