Care Plan Practice.....HELP!!

Hey guys, I am having trouble understanding how to write out my full care plan, I don't know why I am having so much trouble. I was wondering if anyone knew of anywhere like any websites or anything that has something where you can practice doing a care plan online? I really need some extra help.....Thanks!

no such animal that i know of. i can direct you to several sites where you can see what some care plans look like and a thread where we help students with care plans. there are 2 care plan constructors on the internet, but they are basically formatters--you have to input information, but they do ask for the information in a certain sequence.
