Care plan help for postpartum please!

My patient had a c-section at 32 weeks and is oligohydramnios and i can't come up with a nursing diagnosis for the mother or the baby. I was thinking risk for infection R/T preterm infant and oligohydramnios, but that's about as far as I got and I know I can get more in depth. Any suggestions???

Think for a minute:

c/s is abd surgery....what are your priorities there? Don't forget bonding issues with the baby in NICU.

baby....if a baby is born before term, what is the number one thing that is going to be wrong? What are the lungs lacking? How about nutrition wise? You are on target with potential for infection, that is one of the problems.
