Care plan book

Hey everyone, I'm in 1st level ASN & I start my first clinical rotation in the nursing home next week & was told to purchase a care plan book. Does anyone have recommendations for good ones to purchase?

    YES! The Nursing Diagnosis Handbook 10th edition by Betty J. Ackley and Gail B. Ladwig. It's my careplan bible. I made a careplan a few weeks ago for an assignment my teacher was so impressed she couldn't find anything wrong with it and asked to use it as an example for future students. It has NANDA nursing diagnoses definitions, defining characteristics, related factors, suggested NOC outcomes, client outcomes, suggested NIC outcomes, nursing interventions and rationales with citations for EVERY nursing diagnosis. I got mine on Amazon. I have even had classmates ask to borrow it. You can't go wrong with this one.
