Can't decide between 2 offers! HELP!

Hello everyone! I currently feel like I'm between a rock and a hard place. I figured out in nursing school I want to be in the NICU. So I applied to a few NICU jobs in the same city I'm going to school in. I also applied to Mayo Clinic in MN more for fun just to see if I could get it, and somehow I did. It's a regular medical floor with adults, but Mayo is so prestigious and I know I would get amazing training, and it's way closer to home. I found out today that I received an offer from a NICU position here so now I feel torn between the two. I want to be in the NICU but I don't really want to stay. So with two job offers, what are your thoughts ppl????

    I guess I would ask you: Where do you see yourself in say, 2-5 years and beyond? What are your goals for the future?

    What do you REALLY want to do?

    Let those sink and the answers help to guide you.

    I would say interview for both. Get a feel, bring some good questions with you. You could go where you feel you may fit in the best.
