Can I really make good money sa HH Care Manager?

I have been a nurse for 3 years, spent little time in nursing homes  and then moved to HH. I thought it would be more exciting, less chaotic and more money would flow. It seems like this is not the case. I had an orientation not long ago and that company rate is so low for visits and initial assessments, and also I am sure that I will not have that many visits to make enough... I am wondering, is there a better HH position I can apply for?
