Camosun Fall 2017

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone's heard anything re: interviews? When I last spoke with admissions at the start of January they said they were only just starting to go through applications.

Hey. I haven't heard anything yet. I was hoping this week

Hopefully soon! I feel anxious. I heard there were 635 applicants :nailbiting:

Geez that's a lot. I'm pretty sure I won't get in, Ive got a B in one of the pereqs.

Goodluck!

How many spots are there?

Hey everyone! What were all of your grades like? I wish we knew what the cut off was :p

I'm in the same boat as you guys! Super anxious, since in past years I know students found out a week or so into February whether or not they got an interview...

As for grades, I have 3 A's and a B..

I'm happy to find out no one else has heard either! Also, you hear whether you get an interview or don't.

I had no idea that it was so competitive! If it's true that there are only 100 spots they must rely heavily on the interview :S ahhh

Yeah I honestly don't know what the numbers really are! At first I was told around 1000 apply, around 400 get interviewed, and around 200 get accepted... Who really knows!

Holy, thats kind of depressing 600-ish applied. Its frustrating how it is so hard to get in to this program most anywhere. Even if your grades are good enough, its just so competitive. Fingers crossed.

I spoke with admissions back in the fall and she said 200 are selected for interviews and 100 of those are selected for a seat and then some are waitlisted.

As for grades, I have an A+, 2 A's and a B.

I have similar grades as well. Its that darn B that worries me haha. :sarcastic:
