Calculation in Nursing HELP!!!

hi. Im in he midst of trying to prepare for Nursing School starting in January....Yeah i know its early but I am horrible in Math and I need aa while to understand. Since I will be in an eccelarated program I really think I should get ahead on this. Are there any medical calculations websites where I can read up on the conversions and see how its done? I found a websites that shows you quizzes but does not explain so thats not helpful. Any help is really appreciated. Thank You

Really all that you need to know is basic math - conversions, ratios and proportions, etc. Here is a website though from a nursing school that I found helpful before I started my program. Good Luck! SG
