Has anybody received there new wait list number for Cabrillo College?

I did. I'm number 1! Waitlist numbers are now listed on their website.

I received my first letter from Cabrillo last week; my waitlist number is (check this out!)--666.

I almost passed out 'cuz I was laughing so hard!

I'm on the waitlist too! I applied in June 2010 and was in the 900s!!! Can you believe it? Now I'm in the 800s but I'm definitely checking out other programs.

It has been a year and a half since I was added to the waitlist for Cabrillo College. I went from the 900s to the very low 500s in that time. So you definitely advance quickly at the beginning. But I hear that once you get toward the top of the list that it goes very very slow!

I recommend applying to lottery nursing schools too while you wait (like Evergreen Valley and Ohlone). Also, if you have a good GPA check out San Francisco State. They have a BSN program that only takes one semester more than the ASN programs. Definitely worth looking into! That's where I'll be starting in the Spring of 2012.

I have a friend who has been on the list for 3 years!! Crazy! but because of family commitments she can't go anywhere else.
