hi...have a question for employment based petitioned foreign nurses....is it ok for us to work part time during our day offs?or are we to work only for our employer who petitioned us?answer me pls.....thanks!:rolleyes:

An employment based petition will get you a green card, and once you have that, you can work for ten employers if you want. It is not restricted like the temporary work permits that were available in the past.

hi suzanne4, thank u so so much for answering my inquiry....got 1 more question in my head that's bogging me...is it ok for the immigration for me to work part times for other employers?do you think it's legal coz' i have a contract with the employer who petitioned me?do yu think the contract is enough to restrict me?:confused:
