CA BRN need advice

Hi all,

I hope someone can offer some advice or direction. I graduated in May with my ADN. My school sent our docs to the BRN in April and I also sent my app in then. After graduation my school sent our degree confirmations. I am the only one in my class that does not have an enforcement issue that has not received ATT. The BRN claims they received everything but my roster and blamed my school. My school has confirmation that our docs were received. So my BRN evaluator said to have my school fax a copy and he will accept it. They faxed it a week ago and I have not been able to confirm if the BRN has it. I have left messages for my evaluator who hasn't called me back and everyone I speak to says something different. I'm really worried because I start an ICU new grad job next month and I have to have my license, at least verified online. I don't know if anyone has dealt with this before? I am going to be devastated if I miss out on this job I worked so hard for, especially since I have done everything on my end.

Thanks in advance

All you can do is keep pestering the BRN. Keep in mind that it was recently a holiday week, and lot of people took advantage to make it a 4-day weekend. So everything has been pushed back.

Best of luck.

I'm in the same boat as you are. Took my nclex July 11th and up to now still no word. I tried calling the BRN yesterday and today and all I get is "due to a very high volume of calls, your call cannot be accepted. Please call back later."
