Hi! I Graduated BS Nursing in the Philippines and a Registered too(both 2007) . I moved to California last year.I submitted my requirement for evaluation for both CA Board of Nursing and CA BVNPT last December 18,2015 but untill now there is no feedback. How many months does it usually take? I heard that others received there evaluation as early as 3 months.I don't want to call the BON and BVNPT because they said it will slow down the processing time.Please to anyone who have any idea regarding this matter kindly help me.Thank you and Godbless!

I submitted my initial application with CA BON last nov 2015 i got a response a week after that for additional docs to be submitted to them, i believe i already completed the list last may2016, so just waiting for another response from cabon. Let me just clarify, u haven't received any response from ca bon yet? Even the list of other docs? How about your check was it cashed already???

I received a letter too after a week but i just ignored it since I already send all the documents needed.I mean everything in one envelope. I sent them a check..

I would call them, Don't sit back and wait and assume anything. California Board of Nursing has a bad reputation in general and a majority of them were fired by the Governor a few years ago. I suggest to call and or email and stay on top of them.
