Business tailored to nurses

Hello my fellow nurses! I am currently thinking of starting a nursing oriented business. Nursing is a very hard and stressful field and we often experience burnout, depression, health issues, etc. it is hard for many to understand if you aren't in the nursing field. I would really love to start a business that is centered around self Care for nurses that can somehow cater to nurses and their needs but I'm not sure how. Please feel free to share with me what nursing catered business you would love to see that is just for you!
