Business knowledge or idea

Good afternoon!

what do you think may be a good business venture (or if you know if anyone). I am an NP with experience in different specialties (inpatient cardiology, cardiac surgery, critical care, palliative and general/trauma surgery and outpatient is internal medicine). My years in bedside RN were spent in critical care. My wife is an RN with experience in Med/surg and most recently NICU.

what would be a good business idea for a couple with this experience?  We want to do something, but unsure what direction to take.
