Hello all,

I am a RN-BSN student. One of my assignments this week is to interview someone in a field that I would like to pursue. One day I hope to become a CRNA. I am looking to interview a CRNA via email and ask seven initial questions and possibly one round of follow up questions. If anyone is available to do so, please send me a private message, and we'll take it from there.

Thank you in advance,

Andrew Conrad RN

Maybe, I'd gather some interest if I posted the questions.

  • What are the responsibilities of the person in this role?
  • How was this role introduced in this agency?
  • What are the rewards?
  • What are the challenges?
  • What motivated the person to seek this role?
  • What is their view of the contribution of this role to the health care system?
  • What nursing education or special training is required for the role?

hello!

I'm also doing an assignment on an advance practice role. Would love some help with the following questions also. I'm currently taking core graduate classes in Philadelphia with the objective of applying to a CRNA program. Please feel free to e-mail me at [email protected] for privacy issues.

1 . Where does the nurse practice?

2.Which APN role does the nurse assume?

3. What are the nurse's responsibilities?

4.What barriers exist if any, that make it difficult for the nurse to implement the APN role?

5. What resources are available that assist the nurse to implement the APN role?

Conrad- sorry to intrude on your feed, I figured we can share information.
