Hi all fellow nursing hopefuls!
I'm finishing by pre-req courses and am starting to look into bsn programs. I'm orginally from Minnesota and would love to stay in the midwest...thinking Minnesota or Iowa.
Has anyone a part of/were a part of bsn programs in these states and have any opinions on the programs they have to offer? Could you also let me know the difficulty of getting accepted and what the average gpa is for those accepted?
I would really like to join a program that is sought after but also want to be realistic in my goals.
Thanks in advance for those that can help.

I'm not from that area so am not able to offer advice but would like to welcome you to the site and wish you well in your choice for nursing school. You are wise to start out with a BSN program from the beginning since many people find that they can complete a BSN program in about the same time as an ASN with all the waiting for acceptance and such. I hope other members can help give you some background on the programs that are within your geographical area.
