If you graduated between 2005 and 2013, there's a very high chance that the application will be approved in CA, as the situation is the same for several thousands of PH grads and nurses, only a handful have been granted the ATT since Nov. 2011.
I assumed you may wanted CA as the premier choice, as so do 33% of all PH grads do (CHED's own report).
Endorsing back into CA is no longer an option if your PH curriculum transcripts still does not meet the CA BRN requirements, even after several years of actual paid RN experience outside of CA, as there have been several posters stuck in their state where they got the US license, so be careful of the state you choose, as most likely that's where you will start to grow your roots and watch your kids go to school till college age.

Hello Ilovekat25!
first you have to pick what state are you planning to work, and then research about their requirements for the application. =) Good luck to you!

First off, each state here in the US has their own governing body (Board of Nursing) when it comes to nursing practice. Each board of nursing has their own set of rules and requirements for international graduates that you must follow to get a nursing license for you to be able to practice nursing.
Second, you might want to start with your home state as it would be more practical for you since you are already here in the US. Most Boards of Nursing are Google friendly.
Third, you can always check out NCSBN.org regarding seeking licensure thru the NCLEX-RN.

I need to correct my own comments, another poster pointed out to me, about the "approval" in CA.
It should be corrected to: "If you graduated between 2005 and 2013, there's a very high chance that the application for the NCLEX-RN will be NOT approved in CA.....".
There are 13-14 other states also with the concurrency rules with NV the next preferred state outside of CA, with some having luck in passing in NV and some not so fortunate, as it is more case by case.
Again, the concurrency regulations are not brand new, but rather enforcement of them as they are written in their practicing acts for decades: CA (1987) and NV (1952).
